The Book “Extreme Ownership” Offers Great Lessons For Business, or Any Team Environment
I was afraid this book was going to be hokey and a bunch of “rah-rah-rah” but it was really good. I will share or gift copies to my management team. It does have accounts from battle and military situations, but it is not a “war story” book.
The voices are not your traditional book narrator voices, but they are the actual writers, SEAL veterans. I respect that the writers narrated their own book, so that is not a complaint.
I think there are lots of good management takeaways for business, but also outside of business; life in general.
The authors use a style of writing like Robert Greene’s 48 Laws Of Power in that they use examples to illustrate a point or concept.
