Free Consultation For Cloud Telephony & Unified Communications Options

Voiced by Amazon Polly

I have worked as an industry analyst and publisher for the past decade, covering among other things, telecommunications and customer experience. Before that, I spent more than a decade in Telecommunications and IT sales, implementation and management, serving local, national and international corporate and government clients.

Now, as an independent analyst, I am able to provide balanced, unbiased reviews of both the existing platforms available and your particular needs. I am not an “authorized reseller” of any of them, though as a respected analyst, I enjoy cordial working relationships with most of the significant telecommunications and IT platforms.

You may have read my article written several years ago on a company I managed switching to Amazon Connect from 8×8. That was our absolute experience and written with no other motive but sharing our experience. After using Amazon’s platform for several years, it is very good, but I would be glad to discuss its quirks and limitations. 8×8 may still be right for you. It is not “bad” and they have made some changes since then.

Other providers you may want to consider include NICE InContact, Five9, or your specific needs might be met better by something like Cisco Call Manager or even Asterisk open source telephony.

In many cases, I can provide light consulting at no cost to you, assisting with simple recommendations. Just reach out and let’s talk. If you need a more comprehensive consulting engagement, we can discuss that too.

I would be glad to chat. I have helped some of the largest firms and government agencies as well as startups and small firms with just a few people. If I am not the right person to help you, I would be glad to introduce you to a colleague who is a better fit, or point you in the right direction.

Use the Whatsapp button on the bottom right (if you are a user), or the contact form below. Both come straight to me. I look forward to hearing from you!
