Sample International Expansion Location Options Site Selection Report For Private Client Internal Use

This was a preliminary report I prepared in 2017 for a client to provide decision support between several country options: Colombia, Jamaica & The Dominican Republic were prime candidates, other considered options were Belize, Venezuela, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panamá, The Bahamas, Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, and Guyana. The report was a confidential SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) prepared at the client’s request. The client ended up selecting Jamaica and contracted with me to prepare in-country location research and site selection.
