Latin America’s Role in Driving Americas-Centric Outsourcing & U.S. Competitiveness

This is a presentation I researched, prepared & gave in 2013 for Connecticut-based research firm Nearshore Americas at an IBM event covering recent political and market developments and their effect on nearshore outsourcing activity. At the time, there were some policy decisions taken by the Obama Administration that affected outsourcing activity in both positive and negative ways. I researched and presented several relevant case studies that offered guidance on what outsourcers and their clients might expect in the near term.
